Description

The UrgoClean Rope is a highly effective, new- generation wound filler specifically designed for the desloughing phase of deep, exuding cavity, and sinus wounds. It works to clean the wound bed and prepare it for healing.

Advanced Desloughing Technology:

Poly- Absorbent Fibres: Composed of hydro- desloughing polyacrylate fibres that possess a high capacity for vertical absorption of exudate (wound fluid).

Slough Trapping: The unique fibres bind and trap sloughy residues and debris within the rope structure as it absorbs fluid.

Single- Piece Removal: The tensile strength of the fibres allows the rope to be removed in one piece, facilitating the gentle removal of trapped slough and non- adherent material.

Moist Healing and Comfort:

TLC (Technology Lipido Colloid) Layer: Features a soft- adherent TLC layer at the wound interface, which creates a moist wound healing environment and protects the surrounding skin from maceration.

A- traumatic Removal: The non- adherent nature of the TLC layer ensures dressing changes are atraumatic, resulting in significantly reduced pain for the.

Haemostatic Properties: Also manages minor bleeding.
