Subscription, Pre-Order and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how subscriptions, pre-orders, and any similar recurring or delayed-purchase options work on the Clinic Supply website.
In this policy, “Clinic Supply”, “we”, “our”, or “us” means Distrosys Ltd trading as Clinic Supply.
Subscriptions
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.
Your payment details will be stored securely by our payment provider and you will be charged for each renewal order unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Some subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you can cancel it before your next renewal date.
You may also be able to pause your subscription, skip your next order, update your payment method, or change the delivery frequency, depending on the subscription option available. If these options are not available through your account or order links, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
Please make any changes at least 3 business days before your next renewal date. Changes requested after that time may not take effect until the following renewal cycle.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, subscriptions do not have a fixed minimum term and may be cancelled at any time before the next renewal is processed. If a minimum term applies to a particular product or offer, this will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Any subscription discount, promotional saving, or incentive may be changed, reduced, or removed at any time. Any such change will apply to future renewals only.
Subscription orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to delay, skip, suspend, or cancel subscription fulfilment where a product is unavailable, discontinued, restricted, or cannot be supplied for operational or regulatory reasons.
Subscriptions are available only on selected eligible products. They do not apply to prescription-only medicines, pharmacy medicines, restricted products, products requiring approval before supply, or any other products we identify as excluded from subscription purchase.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can usually do so at any time using the links in your order confirmation email or through your customer account, where available.

Pre-orders
Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders. A pre-order allows you to purchase a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available for immediate dispatch.
For pre-orders, we may collect payment in full at checkout, collect a partial payment or deposit, or securely store your payment method for collection at a later date when the item becomes available.
You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled, subject to any specific terms shown on the product page. If the order has already been processed or fulfilled, it may no longer be cancellable, but you may still be entitled to request a return or refund in line with our Returns Policy.
Estimated availability and dispatch dates for pre-orders are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Try before you buy
If we offer a try before you buy service on selected items, the relevant terms will be clearly displayed on the product page or at checkout.
Where this option applies, we may authorise your payment method before dispatching the order. You will then have the stated trial period to decide whether to keep or return the item. If the item is not returned in accordance with the stated process and timeframe, we may charge your payment method for the full amount.
Try before you buy is only available on selected eligible items and may not apply to hygiene-sensitive, regulated, clinical, or single-use products.
General
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or withdraw subscription, pre-order, or try before you buy options at any time.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
