At 30G, the Silkann UTW sits at the finer end of the cannula range — suited to delicate, superficial work where the smallest possible external diameter is essential. Manufactured in the UK by Sterimedix, the Ultra-Thin Wall construction gives this 30G a larger internal lumen than a standard-wall equivalent, maintaining product flow at a gauge that would otherwise be restrictive.

Supplied as a twin-packed set with a matched 27G pre-hole introducer. Screw-thread polycarbonate Luer-lock hub. A popular choice among UK aesthetic professionals for fine-detail placement. CE marked, EO sterilised, individually wrapped, single-use.
