One of the most recognised syringe ranges in UK professional use, the BD Micro-Fine Plus is built around precision low-volume delivery. The fixed 30G x 8mm needle and fixed-needle design minimise dead space — the residual volume left in the hub and shaft after use — ensuring the measured dose is delivered as completely as possible. The U-100 scale provides clear unit-based measurement on the barrel.
