The Needletech 31G × 4mm hypodermic needle is an ultra-fine, short-bevel needle designed for precise superficial injections. At just 4mm in length and 31 gauge, it is widely used in aesthetic medicine, mesotherapy, skin boosters, and intradermal techniques where accuracy and minimal discomfort are essential.

Why 31G 4mm?

The 31G gauge is one of the finest available in clinical use — the narrower the gauge, the less tissue displacement on entry. The 4mm length restricts penetration to the superficial dermis, making it ideal for:

  • Skin booster injections (e.g. Profhilo, Restylane Skinboosters)
  • Mesotherapy and microinjection techniques
  • Superficial intradermal filler placement
  • Polynucleotide (PDRN/PN) treatments
